About Me
I have been engaged in local real estate in some form or other for over 30 years. Most of my investor experience has been in advising others as to the property values both present state and after repair value. My years of experience in architecture, design, and estimating gives me a unique perspective. I am now leveraging this for direct real estate investing. As the title implies, I NOW buy houses. My overarching business principle is, people before profits. I am local, and I want to help property owners while improving neighborhoods one house at a time.
What We Do
My wife and I are working to provide for a stable retirement income while supporting our children and grandchildren. To achieve this, we buy houses.
Like the national players you hear on TV, Radio, or read about, we can buy any house in any condition at any location. But like so many things is not what you can, but what you should do.
